1.Is your product good quality/colors?
Answer: Our products are reasonable prices and quality. We 100% guarantee that the design of the goods are exactly the same with in the picture in our website. However, due to the differences in lighting and computer monitor settings, the color of a few styles may be a little bit different. Pls kindly note it. Different clients has different demands on products.
2.Can you give me a discount?
Answer:we are wholesale company with cheaper prices, Surely, if you order in bulk, we will give you a little discount, the more order quantity, the large discount, so we will give you discount according to your order quantity.
3.The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper?
Answer:When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper, pls kindly understand. If you have your own agent/farwader in China, we can send parcels to your agents'/farwders's address, it is ok for us.
1.After sending the payment, pls send us your detail address, receiver's name and telephone number, thank you very much.
2.In Stock Product-After you sending the payment, we will send you order as soon as possible.
3.Our shipping cost did not include the tax, so if you want to pay less tax, pls noted us, we will try our best to low down the value on the invoice for your customs.
4.As we are wholesale company, we sell very fast, so if there are some
colors/sizes /styles you ordered have selled out, we will change to other colors/sizes/styles,of course we will contact you before we do this, pls kindly noted,tks!
1.We only accept reture and refund for quality problem, such as cuttings, holes,not include any man-made damage of after using.
2.Pls contact us with pictures within 7 days after you receive the order if have any damage.
3.Pls comfirm that the reture items are with original packing, labels/hangtags, no wash and no dirty.
4.Refunds are made if only the replacements are unavailable. But for the shipping costs of returned goods, buyers will be responsible it.
