Working method:

1.Mix Dough temperature: 24 ℃

Bulk fermentation: 20 minutes.

2.After moding,final dough temperature:38 ℃,moisture 80%.

3.Baking Temperature and time:

          toast:160℃(top)-200℃(bottom) for 35 minutes.

          Oinner roll 190℃(top)-180℃(bottom) for 13 minutes.
