We took a prototype into life test immediately when the lamp is designed, keep working 24 hours a day, no rest, half a year passed, the lamp works well, all LED chips functions well, only the strong UV light turn the white plastic into brown.
With the good performance of life testing, we start mass production.
We picked out 4 pcs from mass production, put them on a testing desk and keep them working day and night to see if they function well during using.
We use a UV radiometer to check the UV light output to get the data of the UV light strength.
So we know how the curing function will be.
We test the UV light output with a integrating sphere to know the exact data.
The result is
365nm light keeps 82% after 100000 times using.
405nm light keeps 94% after 100000 times using.
