 Inflatable mechanical agitating flotation cell air enters the machine from the up

 

JPF/XCF/KYF

It is an inflatable and mechanical agitation type flotation cell,the. it can be applied to rougher, scavenger stage in the large or medium sized dressing plant, and can pick out non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetallic minerals. According to the pulp volume, the capacity is 1.2-plan 4 m3 / min. The feed particle size usually is 0.01- 0.3 mm, -200 mesh accounts for 50-90%. During the operation it need to be equipped with the blower and the wind pressure≥19.8 Kpa, KYF type flotation cell having no slurry absorption function, JPF type flotation cell having the slurry absorption function. So that when KYF type flotation machine is used alone it should come with the ladder configuration, the middling products return through foam pump.

 

XCF flotation cell is formed by bearing body, hollow main shaft, the impeller etc., the main shaft is fixed on the tank beam and driven by motor through the vee belt, the stator is fixed at the bottom of the tank through the bracket. The impeller is in cone shape, and the stator is in radial pattern, the flotation cell is in simple structure and easy to manufacture, also with strong stirring force.

JPF flotation cell’s main shaft consists of bearing body, hollow main shaft, the center tube, cover, impeller, air distributor etc. The impeller has double-sided leaves, which with the clearance of 8-10 mm can form the negative pressure due to impeller’s high speed rotating, and thus absorb the slurry.

This machine belongs to deep tank type flotation cell, equipped with blower for air supply. The flotation cell has U-shaped tank, reducing the slurry sediment to the least, reasonable support structure of the tank, large space between the support, even air dispersion, stable foam in good suspension. The design of impeller structure and the flow channel between impeller blades is reasonable, so that the impellers can be even wore and stator has long service life. JPF is equipped with simple air distributor, easy installation, good air distribution.

 

 When the impeller rotates, the pulp from the periphery is inhaled between impeller blades through the groove bottom, at the same time, the low pressure air from the air blower gets through the hollow shaft into the air distributor in the impeller cavity, and gets by the holes on the air distributor into the impeller blades, after the pulp and air fully mixing between the impeller blades, the discharge pulp coming from the upper half of impeller, is first steadied and oriented by the stator on the inclined top of the impeller then comes into the whole tanks.

1. Start with first opening the air blower, then the flotation cell to avoid the overloading of flotation cell.

2. After no ore feed, stop the flotation cell first then the air blower. No need to discharge the ore during the stoppage, if it can maintain the tank with full pulp, it’s much better for the next time start.

3. During the production, try to keep the required ore liquid surface height through the automatic control device.

4. The air injection quantity can be regulated through the inlet valve according to different ore properties and different requirements .

5. During the operation, one needs to check the temperature of the motor and bearing, and adds lubricating oil at the lubricating points regularly to maintain the normal operation of the equipment.

6. Periodic inspection of the spindle bearing and replacement the spare parts.

 When place the order, provide the process configuration chart to the manufacturer to determine the quantities of flotation cells, feed boxes, middle boxes, tailings boxes, scraper transmission, in order to determine the structure of ore feed.

 

  Provide ore dressing experiment,process design and onsite engineering service.
