A:35days after receiving the deposit for the first order,30days for the repeat order. Depend on the quantity of your order.
2.Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Ningbo City, you can fly to Hangzhou xiaoshan airport directly.All of our customers are warmed to our factory.
3..Q:What is the payment term?
A;30% deposit,70% paid before shipment.
4.Q:Can I order a sample?
A:Absolutely,for the existing model we have, our factory would like to offer one or two pieces sample to customers and the air-freight charge shall be paid by customers; for customized model making shall be consulted the salesman.Sample can be ready within 10 days.

A:Colour is optional.Just offer Panton no.
6..Q:Can we use our own logo for packing?
A:Yes,OEM is acceptable.but order quantities large than MOQ,so we support customization.
