Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are available, and we will work it out this way:
Firstly, you need to pay for the samples and freight, but the same amount of cost will be deducted when you make the order after confirmation of the samples.
Q: What’s your MOQ? Can we make customized packaging and print logo on product for small order?
A: Usually there is no MOQ for the products with our regular packaging.
The MOQ of ODM order that the products with customized packaging and your private brand is 1000pcs, if the order quantity can not meet MOQ, we can prepare the material of 1000 sets for you and then stock the remain material in our warehouse to waiting for you next order, you only need to pay for the cost of remain packaging first.
Q: Are your products safe?
A: Yes, they are safe, all raw material we use are human skin and environment friendly, passed CE, ROHS, REACH and FDA test,and quality control department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Q: Can you help us to develop our own product?
A: OEM/ODM/OBM are all available, we have professional teams doing this, please contact with us to discuss more details if you need it.
Q: What is your production leading time?
A: For stock products, we can ship within 5 days.
If need customized packaging, the leading time is 7-10 work days.
If develop and mould opening is needed, the leading time is around 35 days usually.
Q: what convenient and reliable shipment methods can you offer?
A: We can offer shipment by international express(DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramax), by air and by sea.
