Scope of application:
Applicable for packing various regular objects, such as biscuits, pie, chocolate, bread, instant noodle, ice cream, moon cake, candy, medicine, hardware, paper boxes, plates, etc.

Q1: How long is the warranty period?
A: Normally the machine enjoys one year warranty.
Q2: What is the material of contact food/material parts?
A: The contact food/material parts are made of 304# stainless steel. The machine body can be 304# stainless steel or carbon steel or food grade plastic.
Q3: How can one change the bag size from the machine?
A: Two ways to change:
1. If you want to change the length of the bag, you can just change the bag length parameter form the touch screen.
2. If you want to change the width, you need to change the machine part called bag former, normally we manufacture one for our customer, if you need different size of width, you need to purchase different size of bag formers from the manufacturer.
Q4:Is your machine equipped with printer?
A: Yes, we do. The printer is normal code printer, you can choose one line, two lines and three lines printing.
Q5: Can we customize components in the electrical box?
A: Yes, you can state and tell us so that we can arrange the change.
Q6: Which part of the machine is easy consumed parts?
