BEGR 1101 Thermall conductive silicone grease is a grease-like silicone material, heavily filled with heat conductive metal oxides. This combination promotes high thermal conductivity, low bleed and high-temperature stability.

The compound resists changes in con-sistency at temperatures up to approxi-mately 350°F (177°C). In doing so, it helps maintain a positive heat sink seal to improve heat transfer from the electrical/electronic device to the heat sink or chassis, thereby increasing overall efficiency of the device.
