The Huawei RH5885 V3 is a standard 4U 4-socket rack server and supports Intel® Xeon® E7 v3 or v4 processors. To meet the requirements of mission-critical applications such as databases, business intelligence (BI), and virtualization , the RH5885 V3 provides up to 96 computing cores

and supports flexible configurations for processors, DIMMs, I/O, and hard disks, achieving optimal cost effectiveness.

ƒƒ The RH5885 V3 supports four Intel® Xeon® E7-4800 v3/v4 or E7-8800 v3/v4 processors.

The maximum number of cores per processor is increased from 18 to 24, and the

maximum cache capacity is increased from 45 MB to 60 MB.

ƒƒ To maximize the concurrent processing capability, up to 96 cores and 192 concurrent

threads are supported.

ƒƒ The overall performance is increased by 1.3X compared with the previous-generation


ƒƒ Configured with Huawei ES series PCIe solid-state drives (SSDs), the RH5885 V3 provides

excellent I/O performance, eliminating disk performance bottlenecks.

ƒƒ Supporting PCIe 3.0, the RH5885 V3 offers a data throughput rate of 8 Gbit/s, with a

rate increase of 60% compared with PCIe 2.0.
