918G-AB-W is a two components polyurethane system with the mixing ratio of 5:1, can be cured under normal temperature and high temperature, it forms a very high gloss and transparent resin it is widely used inputting such as electronic components, circuit boards, electronic controller etc with the pouring sealant. It is specially designed for the applications requires a hard and clear potting. After cured, it will has a very good features of UV resistance and weather resistance, can be for outdoor use, and can meet the strict requirements for electronic components.

Hand operation process( long pot life and curing slowly):
1, Place 918G-A-W and 918G-B-W Hat the temperature of 15 to 25 ℃, relative humidity lower than 70% for 12hours.
2, Well prepared the products you need to apply the 918G-AB-W such as circuit board, electronic controller put them into the oven to heat at the temperature of about 60℃ to clear the moisture on the surface.
3, Totally clear the dust and the oil on the surface of the circuit board.
4, Weigh the 918G-A-W and the 918G-B-W by 5:1, and fully stir it.
5, Clear the bubbles by vacuum machine(the mixture will not have bubble at the -0.1 vacuum)
6, Take a clean syringe to draw the mixture and drop it to the surface of the well prepared circuit board. Normally the thickness is 2mm.
7, Look at the glue in 5 minutes, if there is some bubbles, use a pin to break the bubbles, or if there is some area that has not been covered by glue, use the pin lead it.
8, Put the finished products in the oven at the temperature of about 60 to 80℃, it will cured in 2 to 3.5 hours.
Machine operation process:
1, Place 918G-A-W and 918G-B-W at the temperature of 15~ 25℃, relative humidity lower than 70%, and no-dust environment for more than 96 hours to remove the bubbles caused during the transportation.
2, Input the pump, sealed and fixed it, keep it for 12hours.
3, Place the circuit board to a flat place, and fix it.
4, Clear the dust and oil on the circuit board surface.
5, Clean the pipeline, mix container and the head with dichloromethane.
6, To clean up the air in the pipeline, mix container, and the head.
7, Drop the glue onto the circuit board surface.
8,Use a pin to lead the glue and remove the bubbles by it.
9, Place the circuit board at the temperature of 60℃.
10, It will cured at about 2~4 hours.
