1. What kind of product you have.
2. The bag/sachet/pouch size of your product( the length, width).
3. The weigh of your product for each bag is sometimes neccessary told(it
depends what specific product you have).
4. You requirement for the machines and the bag types.
Q2: How about the delivery time?
Grace: All our machines are tailor-made, if there is no further requirement, delivery willl be within 10 days. For the large-scale machine, it takes longer.
Q3: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Grace: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will send you a video of full details machine installation and assist you till the end.
Q4: How about the payment terms?
Grace: Normally, we trade with others in T/T, 30% deposit before manufacturing and 70% balance before shipment.
Q5: Can you offer some video or pictures of the packing machine?
Grace: Yes, of course. Besides, we can help you to have your products packaging if you are available to send us some product of you and then record a video for your reference.
