2.Do you have a specific delivery date for each product?
Re: Normally 20 days after receiving your deposit. Since each product has its own characters, we suggest you to consult our sales manager before you make decision. our sales manager will confirm the delivery date once confirm your requirement on the specification of the fabrics with our manufacturing team.
3. What payment terms will you accept for each sales contract?
Re: For new client we only accept T/T or LC or West Union. But repeated old clients, payment terms could be more negotiable.
4. Do you offer free samples or if not, what will be the cost?
Re: Yes we provide potential clients with A4 size sample for free upon clients' request. For samples already in our stock ready for sale, we can also offer for free upon request. For samples not in our current stock, sampling fee would be charged after confirming with clients. Please note that aforesaid free sample does not include courier fee.
5. In what situation will you offer more favorable price for the clients?
i. Join our Customer Credits Plan, by which we will record your buying records from Caveman in our system and grade each client into a category, i.e. A, AA, AAA. For clients graded as AAA will have more favorable price than those graded in other category for the same product.
ii. As a common practice, the unit price of the product will be lowered once the quantity of the order is increased. Please, negotiate with our sales team for details for each order.
iii. We have a Reward Point Plan( RP Plan). We grant one points to for each 100 USD paid by our clients, when the clients place an order to Caveman with an amount larger than 10,000 USD. The rewards points can be used to deduct from the sum amount of your next order to Caveman. (One Point for One USD.) For detail about RP Plan, please contact our sales manager.
5. Do you accept small order?
Re: Sample order and small order ( i.e an order less than 1,000 meters' fabric) are acceptable , however the price of which should be confirmed case by case.
