System Description     

Vision VS series split pressurized solar water heater incorporates a heat pipe solar collector, pressurized water tank, pump station and accessories. It is specially designed for villa buildings. The solar collector may be installed either on house roof or wall while water tank may be placed anywhere inside villa.

 

Working Principle      

The collector absorbs solar energy and the heat is transferred to water tank through pump circulation, When the temperature difference between collector and tank reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically for heat exchange;

An internal coil is pre-installed in storage tank as heat exchanger, a heat-transfer liquid circulates through solar collector to tank coil for heat exchange between the closed loop and main tank water, and an additional tank coil could be used to form a closed circulation loop for house or floor or pool heating.

There are many different configurations possible; the choice of design will depend on the purpose of the system, climate, space limitations and many other factors.
