The Fine adjusting & Hydraulic Tight Universal Magnetic Dial Indicator Holder has two parts to achieve it's function.
One is the magnetic base. A permanent magent is installed inside the steel cover to get the magnetic holding force to ferrous base material surface. The switch can control the working on&off status of holding force.
Another is the Universal Arm to clamp the dialgauge & indicator by hydraulic system. The Universal arm can be adjusted in in whole 360degree with one swivel button to tight all the knob of the arm. A fine adjusting screw can fine adjust the dialgauge/indicator location after all the knob tighted to get the better working status.
The YW-6CU Hydraulic Universal Arm Magnetic Dial Indicator Holder has the base size in 60x50x55mm. V-tee bottom surface to easy hold the radius surface. Maximum Holding force of the magnetic base will be 60kgf (132 Lbs). Overall height of the magnetic stands is 435mm. The gauge & indicator clamping hole is fit to metric or inch gauge &indicator.
