Habio Neutral Protease is developed by Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co., Ltd with liquid submerged fermentation.It can hydrolyze the protein effectively at a wide range of temperature and pH and can be applied to many fields such as feed, leather, depilation, softening, silk, toothpaste, soap, detergent, baking, dairy etc..
One unit (U) of Protease is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μg Forint positive amino acid and peptide of tyrosine per minute at 40°C, pH7.5.
