DY-106 Butyl Sealant For Insulating glass Primary sealing ablility

a good gas seal,
excellent UV resistance.
In a wide temperature range of permanent adhesive

Product Introduction
DY106  is a one-part, solvent-free, fog-free, unsulfurized, permanent plastic first sealant based on polyisobutyl for insulating glass.  DY106 keeps plastic and sealing over a wide temperature range and not crack and harden for sealant surface. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel and etc. It could form an excellent humid proof system with elastic sealant.
Where to use
DY106  is mainly used for insulating glass together with runtai's LG-989 two-part polysulfide and LG-998 two-part silicone structural sealant, or LG-996 two-part silicone sealant for insulating glass to finish two layer seal.
Clean and dry adhesion surface to get rid of dirty, oily things.   DY106 is applied by special hot-melt butyl extrusion machine. The extrusion condition could be satisfied through temperature and pressure adjustment, for example temperature could be adjusted over the range of 100°C~130°C. The environment temperature should not be lower than 10°C in application.
