This is a whole producing line which suit for chemical&coatings&food industry powder item. This producing line include the bucket elevator conveyor, the storage tank and the filling machine. The finished powder product is loading to the storage tank and from where is filling into PP woven bags(or plastic/paper bags) with automatic quantity measuring.
This machine is especially designed for weighing filling packing 5-50kg powder of bad mobility, such as flour, cement, lime powder, gypsum powder, spice powder, putty powder etc. into open-mouth bags like plastic woven bags, woven bags, sacks, paper-plastic compound bags and barrels, cartons. Also we provide the sewing sealing machine(suit for woven&paper bags) and heat sealing machine(suit for plastic/PE/PPE/POPE bags) for client's optional.
Our model TH-PM-50 Screw auger filling packing machine is especially suitable for the manual bag offering of small production quantities. Packing machines with low production capacity usually will not require fully automatic packing systems.
