The washing capacity of Yujialiang Coal Washing Plant is ten million ton per year, used in producing electric power.
When Yujialing Coal Washing Plant used self cleaning screen, they changed apt from 25mm to 13mm, and got the following data:
1. Increased refined coal capacity to 0.4 million ton annually.
2. Improved commercial calorific value of coal:
Increased 13-25mm apt No. 43 raw coal to 2305.15Kcal/kg;
Overall increased No. 43 coal to 296.15Kcal/kg;
Comprehensively increased NO. 43 and NO. 52 commercial coal to 62.9Kcal/kg.
