How to perform great?
Diamond hand-pads although a simple hand tool are often well received in many technical industries.
Not only glass, but Technical Ceramics, Carbon Fiber, loaded composites and plastics used in the Aero industries all benefit from the superior speed and consistent finish from diamond abrasives
They are often used dry, but if using resin pads to obtain a more polished finish, they must be used wet, - plain water is usually perfectly ok. The 75*75 mm handpads have only mm foam - this extra flexibility means they are very suitable for grinding and polishing on profiled surfaces.
Availability
The tables show standard grit sizes, with grits up to 400 being nickel bond, and 500 and above resin bond. For special applications, other grits such as very coarse Grey 50 grit plus White 800 & Blue 1500 in nickel, are also available.
