HYDROPHILIC AND SOFT SILICONE SOFTENER DHK273
DHK273 is the terpolymer of siloxane, polyamines and polyether. It is the upgrade products for common amino silicone oil. No need to add emulsifier , no- yellowing and stained, it is easy for repairable color change.
It is very suitable for treatment of artificial cotton and cotton fabrics. Impact the fabric with very soft hand feeling, fluffy and smooth effect. It can be used separately or can be used with other softeners.
Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid
Ionicity: weak cationic
Main ingredients: Siloxane, polyamines and polyether terpolymer.

1. It has self emulsifying ability, no floating oil, no silicon spot, no sticking
2. Acid and Alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high shear resistance, dye- vat using ava ilable.
3. Very low-yellowing, suitable for treat the light-color fabric;
4. It imparts fabric fluffy, soft, smooth, waxy, full and natural handle feeling.
5. It will not affect color fastness, not easy to cause fading and easy stripping to change dyeing
6. Hydrophilic very quickly and easy for stripping and color change.
1. Padding: 10-20g/L(10% solution) :
Process: two dips and two pads(liquor detention 70%) → drying (about 120℃)
2. Dipping: 2-5% (10% solution) O.W.F:
process: dipping 20-30min, room temperature→dehydration→drying(about 120℃)
Note: According to the actual fabric type, thickness and your hand feeling requests, you can consider adjusting the specific dilution ratio and application craft,
It can be diluted in warm water with any proportion and without emulsifier.
