PSA Nitrogen Generator
CANGAS® Nitrogen Generation System incorporates an Atlas Copco Screw Air Compressor, one Atlas Copco Refrigerant Air Dryer,five Domnick filters, one CAN Gas Active Carbon Filter and CA-P-30 Nitrogen Generator.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand for air compressor. The generator produces nitrogen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven nitrogen generation method. Nitrogen of desired purity at 99% is delivered to nitrogen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas.
Nitrogen in buffer tank is maintained at certain pressure. It is adjustable for your needs downstream through a pressure regulator valve.

Principles for PSA Nitrogen Generator
The principles of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen generator are adsorption and diffusion.
Each gas has a characteristic adsorption rate that when adsorbed by Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). CMS has large surface area containing volume of micro pores and passageways. Oxygen has a higher adsorption rate than nitrogen. When compressed air enters CMS, nitrogen molecules are able to pass through this large surface. And oxygen molecules are adsorbed to the surface area.
As the CMS is saturated with oxygen, it should be depressurized to regenerate for next cycle. We use two towers filled with CMS to produce a continuous stream of nitrogen.
During depressurization, the nitrogen of lower purity than required is transferred to another tower, which is called pressure equalization. Pressure equalization donates to higher efficiency and less energy consumption.

Warranty & Site Services
The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of twelve (12) months after on-site startup &
commissioning or eighteen (18) months after shipment, whichever occurs first.
If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during GUARANTEE/WARRANTY period, CAN GAS shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements as may be necessary to permit the Goods to function in accordance with the specifications and to fulfill the foregoing guarantees.
CAN GAS can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking engineers at users site, by sending English-speaking engineer to users site.
CAN GAS shall obtain all permits and licenses required to perform the services under this Agreement.
CAN GAS will provide his personnel with valid visas, in maximum 10 days mobilization to site..
