External cleaning:

Fried tank cleaning:

(i.e. 3/4 cup vinegar 1 quart against the water) and dry with a clean cloth.
2. If you are using a hydrogenated frying oil (liquid), so the oil temperature down and solidified, firstly, scale transferred to the thermostat 121 ° C (250 ° F) until you return to the liquid state. Turn off the thermostat to "0" degree position
