Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We`re manufacturer.

Q2: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Q3: How do I get the sample from you?
A: We usually provide the free sample (1pc) to customer but freight needs to be paid by customer.

Q4: How long does the sample be ready?
A: It`ll take 3-5 days, but for the developed OEM sample will take longer, it`ll be done by case.

Q5: How do I pay for the sample if I want to buy some for testing?
A: We accept the T/T and western Union for small amount

Q6: May we know your MOQ?
A: We requst 500pcs for all of our lock and 1000pcs for all of our lock cylinder, but we`ll charge the 150USD handling charge for the order amout less then 5000USD.

Q7: How do I pay for the order?
A: We now only accept T/T,100% pay before the shipment.
