1. What kind of trade terms can you do?
EXW Factory, FOB SZ can be accepted.
2.What is your terms of payment?
50% Mold cost deposit and balance mold cost 50% after the sample is accepted by customer. Mass production cost needs to be paid along with PO. We only accept T/T
3.Sample quantity?
10 samples will be provided for each mould test free of charge. (FREIGHT COLLECT)
4. What is the Mold lifetime/Mold material?
Depending on customer requirements, 200K / 300K / 500K is acceptable.
P20/718/738/NAK80/S136/S136H, Mold base:LKM.
5. What is the mold flow process?
Just for your reference,  here below is our mold flow process for your better understanding our progress. 1st: Within 2-3 working days, we will provide tool DFM, or other specifications for customer confirmation; 2nd: After above is confirmed, we will  go to start ordering the mold materials, and arrange the mold schedule to fabricate the mold within 20 working days.(leadtime is depended by the part's structure) 3rd: We will process next when receive customer's proof report, when the samples are approved, we will use the standard for future production.

5. The leadtime of Plastic mold: 30 workings day, depends on the part's structure. For rubber mold, will be 18 working days. It will take 7-30 days on Mass prodcuction goods, depends on the quantity.
