The working principle of compound mill is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, grinding roller, adjusting mechanism, cleaning mechanism, driving mechanism and body. The machine body is divided into two identical and independent workrooms by a partition. The engine block is made of cast iron, it should have enough strength and rigidity to bear the static load and dynamic load. The material enters into the left and right hoppers respectively from the top feeding cylinder, and falls into the two obliquely arranged grinding rollers after homogenization and acceleration by the feeding mechanism. The grinding roller rotates at different speeds to exert force on the material and grind it, which is controlled by the adjusting hand wheel. The materials adhered to the grinding roller are cleaned by the cleaning brush and then cleaned by the cleaning brush to facilitate the normal operation of the grinding roller. The ground material is discharged from the machine through the discharge port. Usually, an exhaust fan is installed at the discharge port to facilitate the material to be discharged as soon as possible.
