6. 30 Days Return Policy.
Return Policy --- 30 days Return Guarantee! We upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that
the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in
perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original
condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, repairing or exchange. All customized orders
can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receipt. If an item has been worn or is not in its original condition, a 50% restocking
fee will apply.

1. Metal Material. If our metal content certificated by recognized authority in your country, proving not meet with standard as
below, you have the rights to return & refund, replacement, repairing or exchange.
Metal Content Standard: silver content < 92.5%, 10K gold content < 41.6%, 14K gold content < 58.3%, 18K gold content < 74.9%.
2. Stone Material If our Moissanite or Diamond certificated by recognized authority in your country, proving not same as our
claimed Moissanite or Diamond, you have the rights to return & refund., replacement, repairing or exchange.
3. Plating If our plating quality certificated by recognized authority in your country, proving not same as our claimed, you have
the rights to return & refund., replacement, repairing or exchange.
If our workmanship has follow flaws, you have the rights to return & refund., replacement, repairing or exchange.
Wrong sizes of your ordered products, including length, height, depth, diameters & Ring sizes.
Wrong colors of your ordered products, including stone colors, plating colors, color matching & any other specific colors.
Function parts doesn''t work, including clasps, jump rings, extend chains.
Chain/Bracelet links broken / dropped off, earrings post broken / dropped off, friction broken.
Products out of shape in production comparing with original designs.
There are sharp spines on product maybe scratch skins / harmful to body.
Products'' surface treatment doesn''t meet order''s designated quality standard.
Missed stones existed when orders shipment arrived.
Missed stones existed in 30 days of order received.
5. Delivery Except an act of God such as Weather, Natural Calamities, epidemic disease, transportation & other reasons out of our
control, Order not delivered as acknowledged date on Proforma Invoice, you have the rights to return & refund., replacement,
repairing or exchange.

After order completed, customers don''t like order Colors & Sizes, including stone color, plating color, product sizes.
Customer don''t like our workmanship, Quality, Material & any other aspects without reasonable cause but just Personal attitudes.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
1. You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your returned item back to us. Please contact us either by email or

A Package without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
2. SIZE OR LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS AFTER PURCHASE
We are the original manufacturer of all products shown on here. Making size or length adjustments is possible for all jewelry
products and we''ll be happy to do this for you. Contact us if you like to schedule a complementary length/size adjustment to any
Bracelet / Necklaces Length Adjustments - If you need to make length adjustments such as adding or removing links, we will apply
the necessary charge (for additional links) . You will need to speak with an our representative in order to arrange for a payment
of any additional links and/or stones.
Ring Size Adjustments - If the ring you purchased from us is either too small or too big, you may send it back to us for
adjustment. We will make the necessary adjustments and send the ring back to you - free of charge.
Pendant Chain Adjustments - We offers 2 chain sizes: 16 inch, 18 inch lengths. If you need to change your pendant''s chain length,
you may send us just the chain or the chain with the pendant still attached. We will adjust the length and send the chain back to
you - free of charge.
If you prefer to exchange your item for another product, please contact us. The item must be in its original condition and the
exchange request made within 30 days of receipt of the item from us. After speaking with our representative, you can place a new
order on the website and send back the original order.
Please note if the exchange items item has been worn or is not in its original condition, a 50% cost of selling price as
restocking fee will apply.
