1.Shandong Guolong Steam-jacketed kettles are very large, deep kettles mounted on a pedestal or legs to stand on the floor. They are used in institutional and industrial kitchens. There is a sealed air space left between the outside of the kettle, and its jacket, into which steam is pumped. The steam allows even heating and cooking of the food in the kettle from all sides. The steam pumped into the space never touches the food directly. They will have safety valves to let off excess steam pressure. On top, there is a hinged lid.(optional)
There is a faucet at the bottom to allow liquid to come out. Steam-jacketed kettles can also be tilted, and have a spout on them for this. These are called “tilt kettles.”
2.Guolong jacketed kettle is Suitable for heating the product up to a particular temperature, Main jacket and steam jacket are both made in SS304.SS legs on which the kettle is mounted and SS structure for mounting the drive.
3.Guolong Steam jacketed kettle will be fitted with all the necessary steam fittings like safety valve, pressure gauge, steam inlet & outlet connection.
4.Tilting type kettle, Kettle with stirrer and Tilting type kettle with stirrer can be designed options for the kettles.
5.Kettles are more energy efficient than alternate cooking methods, due to the transfer of steam energy via conduction and the increased surface area gained by the lined jacketed construction.
