The FDBL100 linear module is a precision synchronous belt module newly developed by our company in 2018. It adopts a fully enclosed structure with a body width of 100mm, double guide rails and 4 sliding blocks, and the accuracy can reach 0.08mm. For different application requirements in terms of speed, stroke, and construction, DBL100 is an ultra-long stroke timing belt module with a module width of 100mm (without motor). Effective stroke ≤4000mm. The high-voltage three-phase 8698 motor is used to increase the operating speed of the module, low noise, high speed, double guide rails and four sliding blocks, which can be used vertically.
