1.Technology R&D center consists of three product line project department, which is responsible for the R&D and design of mobile and fixed lamps and lighting, capturing and grasping the frontier trend of professional luminaires market and customer demand, technology R&D is one of the three core capabilities of the company,we team advocates "product quality is designed, not tested".
2. The central laboratory is responsible for product performance testing and parts warehousing qualification testing, the main experimental items are voltage (current), water pressure, drop, high and low temperature, corrosion, light distribution, aging, battery performance, material ductility, etc.
3. Technical Services Department is responsible for technical support and professional consultation with customers in foreign offices, as well as standards learning, preliminary research and in-house expertise training for product design.
Q2: How is your after-sales service?
Our company pays regular visits to the usage condition of installed lighting products, and carries out "Customer Satisfaction Survey" every year. The person in charge of marketing support department leads the team to visit customers, listens to their voices with patience, and records the opinions put forward by customers carefully.

During the warranty period, any failure under normal use of the product, we team is responsible for free maintenance , Any failure outside the warranty period, by the company is responsible for free maintenance, only the cost of materials charged, A purchase of products, enjoy lifelong service.
Q3:Does your company provide technical support?
We team provide perfect after-sales technical support, since you buy our products, we will provide you with knowledge of product use, product installation guidance, product daily maintenance of consulting services. We provide free training services for purchasers, and arrange engineer to contact with purchasers for after-sales service. The main contents of the training are the basic structure of the goods, the structure of the main components, the daily use and operation, maintenance and management, troubleshooting common problems, handling of emergency situations.

Our Design Team has fully considered the heat dissipation, protection, installation, maintenance, appearance and other factors in the structure design. In particular, a three-chamber independent structure is adopted to ensure the stable operation of each electronic component. The cooling air guide trough with air diversion structure ensures the service life of the LED light source. Independent power supply cavity structure, power supply work is not affected by the heat of the LED, to ensure the stability and longevity of the work.

Adopt the world's best and longest life Rubycon capacitor to ensure the service life. The internal power supply adopts the thermal silicone packaging effect, and the thermal conductivity of silicone is above 0.85, so that the internal heat of the power supply is directly transmitted to the heat dissipation shell of the lamp, reached the internal components of the power supply at low temperature and constant temperature, and solved the problems of waterproof, dustproof and vibration problems, extended the life of the power supply.
Adopting 3 watt particle light source, each module load is 60% or even lower, which greatly reduces the light decay of LED module and reaches the service life of LED light source. For example, items of GT 9181, rated at 100--180 watts, actually uses 100 3-watt light beads, which means that the maximum power can reach 300 watts, and we only load 180 watts, and the luminaire load is only 60% or less.
The lamp shell adopts extrusion molding. Under the premise of providing national standards, the material adopts AL6063, and the heat dissipation effect is more than 2 times higher than that of ADC12 (the thermal conductivity of AL6063 is 201W/MK, and the thermal conductivity of ADC12 is 98W/ MK), the material is reduced by a factor of two, the luminaire is lighter and more energy-saving.
