(1) We use non- toxic, Halogen-Free flame retardant additives to lower the emission.
(2) Softening temperature: 110 °C.
(3) Melting temperature (Start dripping): 160 °C
(4) Ignite under high heat for 40s+, stops right away when heat source is removed.
Polypropylene PP is inherenly flammable under fire and will continue to burn when fire is removed. This would increase the risk of fire. Adding flame ratardant addtives to PP can significanly improve the flame retardancy of the material. Also Non-Toxic and Halogen-free based material meets European Emission Standard T80/T81 & T84H/T85.
Blocking light penetrating the material(40-100% light shading avaliable)
Ready made wide range of grade portfolio (FR V0/V2, light shading)
Gloss/matte finished surface available
UV resistance (Minimize discoloration at UV exposure)
Improved heat aging properties
Performs well at operating temperatures up to 105 °C (225 °F).
Applications include: Emergency light, LED bulb housing, decoration, toys, house appliances, automotives, electrical plugs, bathroom master, daily use products.
