The price will be affected by the delivery location, purchase quantity, specific requirements, exchange rate, and other factors, and the price of the TV screen fluctuates greatly. Please contact our customer service staff for the latest accuracy before placing an order.
2. Can I customize our logo on the product?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM customized services. We can print your logo on the product, packaging, manual, and remote control for you.
3. What are SKD and CKD?
SKD (semi-knocked down) is a semi-finished product. CKD (Complete Knock Down) is the finished product. To encourage local manufacturing in some countries, local governments impose fewer taxes on imported parts. If you need SKD, we can provide you with all the accessories needed for a complete TV. For example, TV panels, T-cons, motherboards, power supplies, wires, etc.
4. What is your MOQ? Can I buy some samples first?
Our minimum order quantity for regular orders is 200 units. Sample orders and trial orders are very welcome. We hope to establish the first cooperative relationship through sample order or trial order. You can test the quality of our products first.
5. What is your production capacity?
We have 5 production lines with a monthly capacity of 300,000 units. It can guarantee that your order can be completed and sent out quickly.
6. What is your order process?
After discussing the price, quantity, and specifications, we will issue a PI for your order, and then you will pay a 30% deposit, and we will start order production. After production is completed, we will provide pictures and videos of your goods. Finally, after you have paid the 70% balance, we will arrange for you to ship the goods.
7. What payment methods can we accept?
30% deposit in advance via T/T. 70% of the balance payment needs to be paid before shipment. You can choose to pay by T/T, L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram, Alibaba Trade Assurance for the balance.
8. How long is the delivery time?
Sample Order: 7-15 days.
Bulk Order: 20-35 days.

12. How do you guarantee product quality?

13. What is your warranty policy?
We provide 1% spare parts and provide a 1-year complete global warranty. For any quality problem, you only need to provide the serial number and problem description. If parts are needed, we will provide them for free. If the provided parts cannot solve the product defect, we accept free replacement or refund.
