We are one professional manufacturer with advanced automatic production equipment and perfect quality control system.
2.Can your company supply samples to us if we require?
Of course.We can provide samples to you free of charge but the freight need be paid by yourself. The Freight charge will refund when batch order to be supplied.
3.What’s your company payment terms?
We accept T/T, LC, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal . 30% to be paid once order confirmed and the balance 70% to be paid against B/L copy.
4. What is the order delivery lead time?
The standard products can be finished within 7 days after receiving the deposit, and it will take about 60 days for any new item .
5.Which port will you ship the goods out?
Ningbo or Shanghai port.
6. How to solve quality problems?
If the product has quality issue or failed quality which caused by us, we will make compensation upon getting the claim invoice, we also need the proof when raising cliam to us.
