This plum kelp tea is made more mild and deep taste by combining the plum from Kishu(famous area for plum products) with baked salt, freeze-dried kelp from Hokkaido that has been regarded as the gift to the court and the shogun's family from old times, and by using the matcha of Uji luxuriously.
Kyoto's Bubu Arare is the smallest arare in Japan, and is based on the shape of a boat.
