1, Q:Can this printer print my product?
A:We have water-based ink cartridge and quick dry ink cartridge to suit different materials. Most of the products can be printed with EXP date, batch code, bar code, QR code, serial number, logo and other printing information.
2, Q:Can the mark be erased?
A:No, if you do not scrape with hard tool, it can not be erased.
3, Q:How long will it take for the ink to become dry?
A:3-5 seconds.
4, Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A:We have our own factory and we provide perfect OEM and after sale service.
5, Q: How can I know your machine works well?
A: Before delivery, we have tested every machine and adjusted it to the best condition. If you have special production condition, we could also adjust the machine for you.
6, Q:Do I only use the supplies of the machines from your factory?
A: Not necessarily. We offer HP original import ink supplies, but the machine could suit for most cartridges. You could choose other as your wish.
7, Q: How can I do if the machine goes wrong?
A: If confronted with such problems, please contact us asap and do not try fix the machine by yourself or someone else. We will response within 24 hours as quick as we can to solve it for you.
8.Q: What's the package?
A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
