2. Samples & MOQ
(1) You're required to send us an enquiry for free samples, please feel free to contact us whenever you want(Day or Night,
Saturday, Sunday or Holiday).
(2) Our minimum order quantity of make-to-order item is 1,500 meters per color or design, minimum order quantity of in-stock or digital printing item is 1 meter.
3. Prices & Quotations
(1) Prices you see on our webpages are reference prices, it might be a little different from our quotations(lower or higher than reference prices), for which it's caused by decreased or increased total costs on raw materials, labor & others.
(2) Our quotations of samples or low quantity orders are higher than prices of bulk productions, please note that this rule is suitable for all industries.
(3) Courier fees of samples could be deducted from trial or initial order value, the only one condition is your order value has reached to a certain amount.
4. Delivery Standard & Time
(1) Our goods quality is based on American-Standard & estimated delivery time is around 7-35 working days.
5. Shipping Methods

(3) Ocean Transportation(No less than 12 KG & No more than 22 KG each unit parcel or cartoon box).

7. Cancellation & Return Policy

Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed, the failure to do so many result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds or exchange on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control.
