Shenzhen Bao Feng Precision Technology Ltd is established in year of 2007 at Shen Zhen, China. Now we are a leading manufacturer for CNC precision machining, Sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing (SLA/SLS), Vacuum casting parts and Low volume injection moulding service. We can offer surface finishing and secondary process as well.

Shenzhen Bao Feng Precision Technology Ltd have got around 100 workers, and cover an area of 2500 square meters. We has equipped with 50+ sets 3axis CNC machines, 12 sets SLA&SLS machine, 6 injection molding machine from 60T to 480T, and also 2 sets CMM inspection machines and 10 other assorted processing machines.

Can Bao Feng make design drawings for me?
AW: We do not provide design services. But we have worked with a lot of design company on their prototypes, if needed, we can help to recommend some reliable design company for you.

What type of design files does Bao Feng accept for RFQS?
AW: The software we useis Pro-E, UG, CAD, SOLIDWORKS, CAITA.
We can work on offersbased on DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP, X-T, SAT, PRT, etc.

How long does a quotation take?
AW: The quotation can be finished within 24H after we have got the drawing.

How do I know my design will be kept confidential?
AW:We can sign the non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement with customers. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission. Ultimately we rely on our reputation of working with hundreds of thousands of unique designs over many years and never allowing any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.

What is Bao Feng’s price level comparing with some other suppliers ?
AW: Our prices will be typically 25-45% less for plastic injection mold tools and CNC machined / turned parts when compared to suppliers in North America and Europe. As compared to Chinese suppliers, we choose to not to compete on price but to offer the highest levels of quality, rapid response and super fast customer service.

Are lead times in working days or calendar days?
AW:Lead times are quoted in calendar days. Normally we can finish the projects within one weeks, if there is more parts in one projects, it will take a little longer, and most projects can be finished within 2 weeks.

How quickly can I get my parts?
AW:We have got contract with DHL , UPS and Fedex, the delivery time will be around 3~5 working days with the cheapest shiping rate with these agent.

We have got overnight shiping forwarders as well, for some urgent projects, they can help us to delivery with overnight all over the world, and with a reasonable shiping rate.
