Q1:What is the proper way to to cook tapioca?

A1:Make sure to use enough water!

A good rule of thumb is to boil the water and tapioca at a ratio of 8:1. In other words, use 8 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca. Otherwise, the tapioca may melt during the cooking process.
