I ordered my Nova 24 a couple of months ago. Here is my observations, once I received my Nova 24-60 watt laser. First of all it showed up earlier than expected! It was very well packaged, the 5000 chiller was included in the cost which is not standard with other brands. As I up packed the machine I noticed there was not a mark or blemish anywhere on this machine. This is rare these days and I for one really appreciate a tool that is well taken care of.
