Question 1: What's your MOQ?
Answer:
Our minimum is 600 pairs/pieces for mass production and 12 pairs/pieces for wholesale.
Don't worry about quantity, we can find solution for you even you order smaller quantity.

Question 2: Do I need to pay for sample?
Answer:
Small quantity of sample with unit price less than $5.00 is free of charge. Buyer is required to pay express charge for samples.
Question 3: How can I make the payment?
Answer:
Online Trade Assurance and Secure Payment are welcome. We also accept L/C,T/T, and Western Union.
Question 4: How do you control the quality?
Answer:
We will arrange sample confirmation before mass production. During the production, we have professional QC staff control the quality and manufacture in accordance to the confirmed sample.
We will also guarantee the accuracy of packaging and send you shipping sample.

Question 5: What's your delivery time?
Answer:
Generally, If the goods are in stock, we will arrange shipment within 2-5 days after receiving the payment. If the goods are out stock, we will arrange shipment within 30~45 days.
If urgent, we can also meet your requirement.
Question 6: How can I know freight?
Answer:
We have agreement with express and logistics companies to get cheaper freight rate.
We can quote the freight according to order quantity.
