HV-HDMI0808 is a 8-in-8-out all-digital ultra-clear matrix switcher, which supports a resolution of up to 4Kx2K, supports 3D video, HDCP1.4 specification, and 16-bit color depth, which can bring customers lossless True, no-delay, ultra-clear, all-digital experience. Common faults 

1.Large signal interference:

The power supply used in this device must be connected to a power protection ground, and it must be the same protection ground as that of the input and output equipment. For users who use a computer for communication control, they must ensure that both the computer and the device are connected to a power protective ground, and the protective ground is the same.

2.The serial port cannot control the device:

Check whether the communication port set by the control software corresponds to the serial port of the connected device; check whether the communication port of the computer is good.

3.No corresponding image output when the device is switched:

(1)Check for signals at the corresponding inputs. (Use an oscilloscope or a multimeter for detection) If there is no signal input, the input connection cable may be broken or the connector is loose. Replace the connection cable; the HDMI cable is too long and no signal is input, you can replace the short cable.

(2)Check the corresponding output for signals. (Use an oscilloscope or multimeter for testing) If there is no signal output, the output connection cable may be broken or the connector is loose. Replace the connection cable; the HDMI cable is too long and no signal is output, you can replace the short cable.

4.When unplugging or plugging in the video interface, you notice obvious static electricity:

Check whether the external ground of the power supply of the device is well grounded, and ground it in the correct way, otherwise the host may be damaged.

5.The LCD screen does not light up and the buttons do not respond:

the power supply may be abnormal.
