Washing Heads:
（1）The rinsing head is made of 304/316 stainless steel with a spray injection design.The whole process is more water efficient and cleaner.
（2）The cleaning process is equipped with a 304/316 stainless steel gripper and plastic pad to ensure minimal bottle impact.

Main Features:
(1)Washing,filling ,capping three in one equipment.

(2) The suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle be stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production and different types of bottles easily.

(3) The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle’s screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle. The special filling valve makes the filling speed fast and the filling liquid level control correct

(4) Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted step. Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.

(5) Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC program control are adopted in this machine. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.

(6) All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi。

Bottle Unscrambler：
This machine is suitable for unscrambling polyester bottles and make them in one line, then discharge them by vacuum conveyor, its features are as below: PLC program controlling; digital show speed; automatic high speed operation, easy to combine with all kinds of filler or filling production line.
Bottle Dryer :
Using high pressure air ventilation, so that high-speed air flow ejected from a slit, the remaining drops of water bottles as much as possible the body blow it away. Inclination of the slit so that the entire side of the bottle can be high-speed air-blown.
