The Micro beer brewing manufacturing equipment main configurations:
1.Milling system
Malt miller,grain conveyor(optional).Grain hopper(optional)
2.Beer Brewhouse
Standard: MLT+KWT+HLT(mash&lauter tank+kettle&whirlpool tank+hot liquor tank).
It is OK to do infusion mashing with steam heating.
The hot liquor tank will use for recycling the hot water from heat exchanger(second stage).
The hot water can use for second batch mashing, it helps save mashing time.
Also the hot water can be used for sparging.
Also some brewmasters want to do decoction mashing method, there have two ways to realize it.
1) Add extra mash port above the false bottom.
2) Add extra mash tank. Then the brewhouse configuration will be MT+LT+KWT+HLT
(mash tank+lauter tank+kettle&whirlpool tank+hot liquor tank)
Base on current configuration, when do lautering, the second batch mashing can start.
In this case, it can save a lot of time.

3.Fermenting Unit (Fermentation Tank and Brite Beer Tank)
Standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks;
Standard stainless steel bright tanks for beer maturation, conditioning, service, carbonation etc;
Single size or double size as brewhouse is common used in microbreweries;
Tanks quantity is exactly calculated by fermentation cycle for various beers and the function;
All manhole, valves, pressure gauges, fittings etc are included;
4.Glycol Chilling Unit
Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing;
Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy;
Multiple-stage centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger;

5.Controlling Unit
Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse;
