Product Description


The cryogenic air separation achieves high purity oxygen of more than 99.5%. The resulting high purity product can be stored as a liquid and/or filled into cylinders. These cylinders can even be distributed to customer in the medical sector, welding or mixed with other gases and used as breathing gas for diving. Typical production ranges from 50 normal m3/hour up to 860,000 Nm3/hour

2-4 stage Purification system
Operation model: manual or automatic

Auto valve or manual valve for customer choose . At this stage the water,Oil, Co2,Co will be removed from air .The pure O2 and N2 will enter into cloumn. 
Stage Five rectifying column
rectifying column also called cold box . The temperature inside Rectifying Cloumn is -185C. The oxygen gas , Nitrogen gas ,Liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen will be separated at here. Oxygen gas and nitrogen gas will be fill into oxygen cylinder Liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen will be fill into liquid storage tank 
Delivery and installation

About the column we will finish the whole production in the workshop for the small air separation plant which shourter than 1500Nm3/h .


About the bigger plant , We will finish the production in our factory , Then delivery them to project site .assemble them together at project site .

We will send the engineers to guide the installation .
