1. Are you Manufacturer or trade company?
We are Manufacturer located in Dongguan City. Specialized in printing, packagings and paper products more than 10 years and have more than 250 workers.
2. How to make sure your printing quality is good?
We are using High Speed Germany Heidelberg 5 colour Printing Machine. We do professional maintenance every half a year and clean the machines after each printing.
3. How many machines your factory have?
We total have 23 machines, including digital printing machines, cutting machines, automatic lamination machines, spot UV machines, Foil stamping machines, trademark printing machines, etc.
4. How many quality inspector you have?
We have 12 Quality employees, including a Quality Manager, three QA Technicians and eight QC Technicians.
5. What is your quality assurance terms?
When receive a firm order, we will prepare PDF artwork for customer’s confirmation, then make pre-production sample for approval before mass production. And for the mass production, we have strict Quality Control System, including incoming material inspection, material testing, on-line quality inspection, semi-product inspection and finished product inspection to guarantee the quality meets customer’s requirement.
