First, product introduction

 

LD-311 is a chelatating pyrophosphoric acid titanate coupling agent and the corresponding brand abroad is KR-238S (Kenrich company in the United States). It is stable meeting water, has good compatibility with semi-rigid and rigid materials, especially suitable for aqueous polymer solutions and the treatment of fillers containing water.

Dissolubility: dissoluble in isopropanol, methylbenzene, xylene, white oil, DOP and other organic solvents, can’t dissolute in water, but can emulsify in water

 

Third, main applications

 

1. composite materials

When dealing with fillers like calcium carbonate and argil it can improve the impact strength and fluidity of composite materials. Filling with carbon black can enhance the conductivity of composite materials and the applicable resins include semi-rigid and rigid polymers like PVC, PP, nylon.

 

2. coatings

When used in coating industry it can improve the dispersion and anti-settling of inorganic fillers (for example: white carbon black) in polymers. It also can increase the filling amount in coatings and the ability of watertightness, fire prevention and corrosion prevention.

 

3. coupling

Not only can this product apply to the coupling between inorganic fillers and organic resins, but also the coupling among different polarities of organic resins.
